2024 began well as my article on ‘how to create gold leaf paintings’ appeared in the SAA Winter magazine – Paint and Create. My painting Satsuma Salsa, which I posted before Christmas, was created in order to explain the process to SAA members. The painting is now for sale at £300 unframed or £350 framed in a double black and gold frame. (8×8 inches, oil painting with faux gold leaf on board). Contact me for details.
I have an exciting year ahead. The exhibition year begins with the Bath Art Fair in February, where I will be exhibiting my oil paintings and gold leaf paintings. In May I will have a solo show at Spetchley Park Gardens, where I am continuing my Artist in Residency in 2024. I am also planning exhibitions in Worcester later in the year and dates have yet to be confirmed.
I continue to exhibit my work in two online galleries – White Court Art and Sixteen Online, having exhibited in Sixteen Gallery in Cheltenham last year. Do take a look. This website will be redesigned too and I hope to expand selling direct online. If you have not seen my prints shop yet here is the link. The prints proved popular at a local Christmas Art Fair and they can be bought mounted or mounted and framed.
